Good to Know

Guesthouse Ivan sits on a calm street in Skradin, within easy reach of the town centre, the waterfront, restaurants and small shops. Everything the town is known for is close to the front door.

Skradin is the main access point used by visitors heading into Krka National Park, so the guesthouse works well as a base for the town, the river and the park itself.

Between outings, the courtyard, garden and terrace give you real outdoor space to use: shaded seating, a sun deck, an outdoor fireplace and BBQ facilities.

Free parking is available on site and no reservation is required, which makes arriving by car simple. Check-in runs from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM; let your hosts know your expected arrival time in advance and baggage storage is available if you arrive early. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Rooms include private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and fresh towels and linens. Some rooms open onto garden views, and the studio adds a private balcony over the rooftops. Family rooms and non-smoking rooms are available, children of all ages are welcome, and free Wi-Fi is offered in public areas.

Pets are welcome, with charges that may apply. Cribs and extra beds are not available. A shuttle service can be arranged for an additional charge; ask your hosts about destinations and rates.
